About Jami Lobpries
Jami Lobpries brings a rare combination of playing, coaching, and organizational leadership to the Portland Cascade front office. A former Texas A&M outfielder who earned All-Big 12 honors and helped the Aggies reach two Women’s College World Series, she went on to play four seasons in the NPF before transitioning into softball administration. As founding CEO of The Alliance Fastpitch, she has been instrumental in growing the sport at the grassroots level.

- Played at Texas A&M (2005-2008): First Team All-Big 12 outfielder, two WCWS appearances, national runner-up in 2008
- Four professional seasons in the National Pro Fastpitch league (2009-2012)
- Founding CEO of The Alliance Fastpitch (2020-present), supporting 30,000+ youth softball teams
- Ph.D. in sport management; previously served as USSSA National Softball Director
